John Turner, LMFT    

 




John Turner, LMFT has been a therapist for over 35 years. John practiced and provided clinical supervision for Bingham Child Guidance Clinic and for Family and Children’s Agency. He has maintained his private clinical practice throughout most of those years. He specializes in counseling couples and also serves many individuals in his practice that face relationship problems, depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. He has also consulted with family businesses through his affiliation with the University of Louisville Family Business Center.

John has served as adjunct faculty of the University of Louisville Kent School of Social Work, the University of Louisville Family Therapy Program and taught a course on couple work at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. John has presented workshops on family therapy and couples therapy throughout the Midwest. 

John was the recipient of the 2003 Distinguished Contributions to Marriage and Family Services Award given by The Kentucky Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

John's office hours are 8:30 AM through 5:30 PM, Tuesday through Thursday.  His online counseling hours are more flexible.

Sally Connolly, LMFT    

 





Sally Connolly, LCSW, LMFT has been a therapist for over 25 years. Sally has practiced and provided clinical supervision for Family and Children’s Agency where she was also Director of the Professional Training Program and Clinical Director of the Past-Master's Training Program.

Sally has also taught classes in family therapy at The University of Louisville Family Therapy Program and the Kent School of Social Work.  She and John co-taught a course in couple work at The Louisville Seminary.

Sally was the recipient of the 2004 Distinguished Contributions to Marriage and Family Services Award given by The Kentucky Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Sally has many personal and professional experiences that she brings to the room. She is a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, mother-in-law, neighbor and friend.  She focuses on her client’s strengths and resources as well as the things that they are currently doing right as a way of enhancing and developing ways to face up to the changes and challenges that bring them to therapy.  She has also consulted with family businesses through her affiliation with the University of Louisville Family Business Center.

Sally specializes in couple and relationship work. She has helped couples navigate many different problems such as infidelity. Sally also works with individuals with issues of depression, anxiety, stress and PTSD. 

Sally's office hours are 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.  Online counseling hours are more flexible.
